Sardinians always claim their "autonomy" from the rest of Italy. They have their own language and customs but what is more important - they also have culinary traditions and recipes that you can not find anywhere else. Some of these traditions are completely prohibited by European laws! Anton Zaitsev wants to find out how to hunt and cook a shark and also how, after all, Sardinians relate to sardines.
