Sara Damergi helps theatre and music enthusiasts Danièle and Anthony find a permanent home in Charente-Maritime in southwest France, with its 300 miles of coastline and rural agriculture, famous for cognac grapevines. Sara shows them what their budget of £200,000 can buy, from a traditional and spacious stone cottage, to a townhouse with a difference, and a country house with a pool.
