Overview
During a busy spring bank holiday, the traffic cops deal with the effects of drink and drugs. A dangerous drunk, unlicensed and uninsured driver leads officers on a 20-minute chase through busy areas, while a suspected drugged driver runs across a supermarket car park to avoid arrest.
