Kirstie Allsopp goes on a property hunt in the trendy suburb of Heaton, in Newcastle, for Tom and Liz - who are fed up renting flats and want to find a home worth forking out for. Phil Spencer is in the Tyne Valley with Michael and Sorrel, who have been searching for two years to find a family home. Having lost out on a house last minute, the couple now only have two months on their rental until they and their four-month-old baby are homeless.
