Overview
JoJo and Jordan head to the pristine mountains of Prescott, Arizona to partner with Roger and Joellyn Nusbaum, a couple who own a drab cottage with stellar views but an outdated interior. The Nusbaums have already listed their property for rent online but have not found much success due to the cottage's lack of privacy and substandard kitchen and bathroom. JoJo and Jordan will need to invest their money wisely and use all of their experience and skill to turn this boring space into a money-making mountain retreat.
