The International Science Organization built a Wonderland style city named Utopia that Galactor uses to cause a fantasy nightmare. Ken fails miserably while investigating, with Jinpei needing to clean up after and rescue Ken. Doctor Mukashiski angers the Galactor Commander by trying to get all the credit. The English Dub has the title: "The Mysterious Mechanized Jungle".
