The Relic of Iskandar, the King of Conquerors, has been stolen from Lord El-Melloi II. In its place was left an invitation to Rail Zeppelin, the train purported to have dealings with Mystic Eyes. Lord El-Melloi II, with Gray and Caules in tow, heads to investigate this strange train.
