Dr. Blight and Duke Nukem hold Captain Planet prisoner inAntarctica, demanding that the Planeteers give them a lifetime supply of nuclear waste in return for his safety. Without their powers, the Planeteers must mount a daring rescue in order to save Captain Planet.
