Overview
This final episode follows Heathrow's challenge in departing 100,000 passengers a day.Passenger Experience Manager Numan has a challenge on his hands in Terminal 4 - a flight to New York has been cancelled and 40 angry passengers are demanding to be rebooked immediately.Also, as snow and ice threaten to close the runways, Airside Operations driver Hugh swings into action to drive a special runway de-icer with a span of 45 meters in Heathrow's first snow maneuver in four years.
