The adventures of an optimistic young elephant called Mumfie and his best friends Pinkey and Jelly Bean. Mumfie, Pinkie and Jelly Bean find a baby bird called Beaky and decide to look after him until they can locate his parents - while they are teaching him to fly so that he can find his family, Pinkey becomes very attached to Beaky, and their goodbyes are very difficult.
