Kvelden før kvelden is a Norwegian TV program that has been running every little Christmas Eve at NRK1 since 2002. The program has traditional and classical music, Christmas cooking and guests in the studio. The traditional sketch of the Countess and the Chief Master (Grevinnen og hovmesteren) is also sent during the program, a sketch that has been sent every little Christmas Eve since 1980.
