Storyline
Phil Spencer: Secret Agent is on his first double mission in a bid to get Britain's property market moving again. Each week, Phil secretly investigates not one but two properties, surprising sellers, helping them face hard hitting home truths as to why their homes aren't selling. Phil then recommends what needs to be done. But can he secure sales on both houses?
