Storyline
The life of a provincial town is subject to the laws of local authorities. Hardened criminals violates previous years the new generation who want to dominate the bandits. There is a desperate struggle for leadership. The fate of the vanquished goes to the "elders" of the underworld. From another bloody fight to get out alive is possible only to the leader of the Film. Alone it is unlikely to be able to deal with the enemy gang, headed by ruthless Quiver. So the Film goes to extreme measures: seeking help from law enforcement.
