Storyline
Team Shpakova — Shpak, or as everyone calls it good-natured fat man, a team of policemen from the losers. For whatever they undertook the arrest of the robbers, dangerous drug or a conventional interrogation of a suspect — they inevitably fail the operation. All that they undertake, is of great significance and rapid, overflowing, of energy. They live and work in a small town in the South of Russia, near the sea. Time there flows more slowly, and the relationship between people lining up more humane and warm, Here, to be promoted, does not necessarily possess the talent and perseverance in this world is quite a cheerful disposition, equanimity and father — in-chief of the police Department.
