Following Paul from his early life in Merseyside, to his career in five star hotels, to becoming a judge on The Great British Bake Off, the show contains previously unseen audition footage; sneak peeks behind the scenes of the Bake Off tent; guest slots from Bake Off stars Noel Fielding, Sandi Toksvig and Prue Leith; ex-GBBO bakers Val and Selasi; and appearances from some of the friends and family who mean the most to Paul today. In each episode, Paul shares four simple baking recipes.
