Based on the magazine stories "An Important Visitor" and "Rumours and Speculation".Thomas sees that a children's playground is closed, but that has to wait as the engines discover that Harold has been hired to show a special visitor around the island. Determined to show how fast he is, Gordon accidentally runs into a tunnel under repair. It turns out that the inspector was really there to find new sand for the children's playground.
