Officer Dibble takes a job at Cape Canaveral, and the gang discover about the luxurious treatment a chimpanzee(voiced by John Stephenson) receives while in the space program. The group decides to join up in attempt to access the same luxurious facilities, however wants out when they discover they will be going into space.
