Overview
In the wake of Elise and Jim's shocking argument, team morale is at an all-time low causing a major shifting of alliances. Kendra is devastated by the loss of a family member, and a cold shoulder from Elise has her questioning their friendship. Meanwhile, Jim has his hands full when he oversees a mountain excursion with an Olympic champion and a group of novice skiers. Elise gets a taste of home when her family comes for a visit, but after throwing Tamara under the bus in front of Joey, Tamara is forced to make some tough decisions about the fate of the concierge team.
