Two years of searching has left California couple Sarah Jayne and Michael empty-handed as they debate farmhouse versus rustic and single level versus two-story for a new house close to the beach. They finally find a place they're both happy with but they need to renovate it to make it exactly what they want. Their vision takes shape as they tackle projects in the kitchen and master bathroom but then they're hit with unforeseen electrical upgrades throughout the whole house.
