Overview

In this installment, he gets on the case for drivers driven mad by parking tickets, and investigates why a government department is selling motorists' details to private companies. A couple tells Dom how speed cameras are not just revenue-raisers, and could have saved their 15-year-old daughter's life, and Dom challenges residents of a Southampton street to live without their cars for a week.
