Overview
Luis lands one of his biggest listings of the season when he's asked to team up on a Richard Meier designed unit. Things get especially saucy when he tries to stage it, thanks to an interior designer that may be even more energetic than Luis... and more sexual. Ryan continues to struggle with his co-lister, Jill, and finds out that there are some mistakes that even he might not be able to fix. And, elsewhere, in the Florida Keys, Fredrik and Derek have rented an entire island for their wedding. The only question is, can Fredrik leave his work behind in New York City, or will Derek grow jealous of Fredrik's love affair with 250 Bowery?
