Overview
With three generations living under one roof, Chuck and Kim are feeling the squeeze. Plus, getting the kids to school every day means a grueling four-hour daily commute for mom. It's definitely time to relocate. But they'll have to spruce up their current home first or they won't be able to afford the upgrade. Jonathan has a plan to revamp the home's worn-out interiors, but a heavy-duty surprise in the kitchen means he has to rejig the design. Meanwhile, Drew is determined to find a spacious suburban home with a separate living area for grandma. But the real challenge is finding a budget-friendly property in an exclusive school district.
