Overview
Matt and Sara met in Las Vegas, married in Las Vegas and are raising their kids in Las Vegas. They've outgrown their rental condo and are ready to buy their own sprawling home in one of the suburban desert neighborhoods. Meanwhile, newlyweds Travis and Sarah Elizabeth are searching for their first home as close to downtown Charlotte as possible. They want a neighborhood where they can walk to restaurants, sporting events and Charlotte's active nightlife. Both homebuyers have the same $350,000 budget, but who will get the best value for the dollar?
