Overview
Newlyweds Jamie and Emily both grew up going to the Jersey Shore for family vacations. Now they're looking for a beachside bargain that they can renovate, but that might be tough to come by near the beaches of the Greater Atlantic City area. Luckily, they have broker Dana Hartman-Hiltner to help with their search. They've got grand plans for their new home which include removing some walls and adding to their outdoor space, but a few rules and zoning laws could mean they'll have to switch up their plans. Will they get everything they want?
